Report water consumption
Would you like to report your water consumption? Be sure to include those important account details! If a separate service fee is charged for water adjustments (e.g., additional adjustments when a tenant changes), our customer service will notify you separately.

Here, you can submit your housing company’s expense receipts for payment processing. If necessary, we will obtain approval from the board for the expenses.

Oops, has something broken? No worries! You can report it using this form. However, please note that fault reports should primarily be directed to the maintenance company.

Here, you can provide your contact information and choose your preferred communication channel for matters related to your housing company. Please note that this notification does not replace a moving notification, which must be submitted separately.
Reserve/cancel a sauna session or parking spot

Order a shareholder’s key
